The layout of the building and the orientation when looking at the rooms made sense so I never got lost, I always knew how to get to where I needed to go. Overall, this game is great. The Drill is just to the left of the Rooster on the shelf in the upper right. Escaping an abandoned or run-down asylum and running for your life from a crazed doctor who wants to experiment on you, is clearly one of them. The story line has been done previously in other games and should have incorporated a new angle to keep it fresh. It is too dirty. I agree with what the others have said; this is a good, but not stellar game that trots out the well-used and sometimes abused Escape-the-Asylum plot. The Knife is a black scalpel. Collect it. Great spooky game! I really like that in other games. Zoom into the Machine A for a mini-game. It just has something special, the visual beauty, the atmosphere, the story. Return to the Elevator and take it down to the First Floor to look for more quarters. Click Down five times until you are in the Freight Elevator. When you are done with the Journal, use the X below the Skull J to close the Journal and return to the main scene. It is locked. If you like a good story and a challenge you will love this game! Pull the Handle on the right to go back up to the Patient Commons Room. Search in the Wastebasket K. Talk to the shadow Woman. Go to the Main Door N. Go Down until you can see the Elevator. If not, go back and check them now, then return to the Nurse Station Lobby at the end of the Main Hallway.

Plenty of tasks, but I hate that there are too much back and forth, and not worth it. There is an Arrow written on the Mirror. Absolutely loved the elevator music. Talk to the little girl. Someone is in there. Go Left into the Treatment Room. Go through the Door and Gnomes Garden: Lost King Collectors Edition will be back in bed.
