Maybe a little on the easy side for those who prefer more challenge. We only "trust" him because we needed him. Impatient creature that I am, I always find it hard to wait particularly when there is a game from one of my favorite developers. And, of course, this would not be an ERS game without some of their menagerie of animals. The Hidden Object Scenes are Interactive list finds, as well Proomise finding items in pairs. It makes it easy to figure out what you need and therefore what you need to look for. This game has a variety of HOP scenes and puzzles to make it enjoyable to play — even for adults!
Princess Adele has sent for her best friend a. Your friend is about to up married to an evil wizard under the influence of an evil force out to gain control of her kingdom. You must interact with the items before you can eliminate them from the list. Fortunately for you, Princess, your Nanny's mother was from The Black Unicorn Kingdom where gargoyles hide and protect secrets. For many the game will be considered very easy but I happen to love the level of challenge that is just right for the way I like to play. Date published: There are a lot of smaller puzzles requiring you to select buttons and symbols to push in a specific order, and even a Crossbow and Arrow interactive game where you line up the crosshairs on the flying gargoyle to hit him 3 times. The graphics are good and the game runs well. EASY C. The villain cracked me up, he is such the epitome of a ridiculously villainous rogue with his exaggerated chin and smirk. There are complex inventory items that require further interaction before using some of the items, such as combining that item with another inventory item, or repairing the item so it can be used. Delighted to know that I was not the only one who could not rotate the map pieces! But, I do love this series and otherwise they are great stories - who doesn't love to be royalty!
There were a couple of things that lacked logic, such as where to place certain items. The puzzles were fun but mostly too easy. This game comes to us from one of my favorite development teams that always include awesome and beautiful hand drawn artwork in its games. The sound track is very good and I happen to love the signature theme music from the Bunny Team that is present in all of their games. Fast forward many years and the now grown daughter, Princess Adele, is betrothed to marry Spirita other than the court advisor Isa. The graphics are nice, very story book Mystery. You play a princess to the rescue of Adele, another princess from a neighboring kingdom from a disastrous marriage. I played the SE version of Chains of Promise. I don't know if the CE offers much more to commend it, but for me this was a satisfying buy as an SE, definitely one I'd hop on with a credit or discount. If you select the custom mode you can set your hints to recharge virtually as quickly as you like with a range from 5 to seconds and the same range applies to skipping puzzles. This installment is an awesome adventure. Chains of Promise is just right for me and given the package of beautiful graphics, relaxing music, fun gameplay, great storyline, and wonderful puzzles and HOPs, it is everything I want in a game. I really liked the variety of HOS the devs offered; sometimes the same scenes were used for them but I liked it nonetheless. It is a sugary sweet fairytale come to life which should appeal to both children and adults. This game is a traditional fairytale theme and ends OK, though as usual somewhat abruptly. The storyline is fine - not terribly engaging but not boring either.

When Princess Adele became deathly ill, her father pleaded with Isa to do whatever it takes to make her well. I almost always find the music too repetitive or oppressive and turn it very low or off. This is the kind of game I would come back to just for some relaxing fun and leaves me receptive for another from the series and or developers. However, the scenes are varied throughout the game. I have to admit that as seasoned as I am in finding my way around in HOPA games, Chains of Promise was a bit of a challenge because it was not always apparent what I needed to do next to move forward. Yes similar storyline to the others but it is a series so I would expect that.
