Natalie Cole, a young writer, is late to board the ship that was to take her home to America. Already depressed by a chain of misfortunes, Natalie becomes absolutely despondent. Just when she is about to give up hope of getting home, she meets a captain at the port who is sailing a cargo ship to her very same destination, and he invites her to sail along with him and his crew. Natalie, relieved at her good fortune, agrees. Little does she know, this random stroke of good luck hasn't come without a price. Natalie has unwittingly embarked on a dangerous and exciting journey where she must prevent ancient evil from awakening inside a mysterious antique collection on board the cargo ship! Can Natalie save the crew and its captain from evil spirits and still return home?In some places it is grim, but the storyline requires it. The storyline was interesting and the setting of a ship was pretty cool - I actually liked the rolling camera effect in the game. This is a unique, fun-to-play game. I really know this It would not allow you to jump from area to another or tell you where there were actions you needed to accomplish. The only minus is the lack of voiceovers. The game is not long and I found myself wanting to continue longer. I disliked the idea that you could not skip these scenes. All of the puzzles are solvable without too much difficulty, but some require close observation of how things work. All pretty thought out. The game is too easy. I inadvertently obtained objects through haphazardly clicking around a room.

Also, I had to rely heavily on the hint button for guidance, which I do not like to have to do. The music is only in puzzles and HO. There is nowhere to go but in the hallway and the closet with the circuit breaker. I wish I had more of a clue as to where to go next - I Spirits of Mystery: Song of the Phoenix up going through the entire ship many times. Your job is to rescue the crew and perform the necessary ritual before the sun comes up. I even wanted to delete it. Ok, now about the game. The story line is okay. The HO scenes were very challenging - I admit I used the hint button more than once! It would only tell you where you currently were on the ship. There doesn't seem to be any alternative. Especially when Natalie had a seizure I mean ghosts. I wish I had more of a clue as to where to go next - I ended up going through the entire ship many times. Several times I switched the difficulty and noticed that this changes the messages in the game! I decided to buy it. In my spare time I like to draw and I liked the intro painted by hand. I really liked the new variety of match3. This scene keeps repeating itself until you figure out what you need to do to ward off the evil spirits. Although advanced players, this game should be like.
