Because I have enjoyed the series in the past I decided to do the demo. Music is mostly soothing until something is about to happen, then increases in intensity. I am a bit underwhelmed by this game so it gets a lukewarm recommendation. HOPs are silhouettes, picture parts and interactive lists. While lately, the science fiction lite elements have been quite inconsistent, they come in full force with Mystery Trackers: The Secret of Watch Hill. Although this time around, the dog helper is totally optional which might come as a delight to some. Look for things like foot prints in the snow, and more, things that don't add to the story but make the scenes so real. What is the purpose of this cruel experiment? The same goes for the hidden object scenes and the puzzles which are mostly uninspiring. I love the solid feedback sounds when we choose an item or touch things etc. Still, this by no means is a diss towards the actual quality of the production.
We have 12 in this series, and yes, I have them all. These game designers need to provide new features since the same old same old has reached high levels of ennui. Puzzles are not difficult, but a few do take some time and thought to complete. I hope you enjoy it. Mini puzzles are challenging with out being to hard. I am not blown away by this game and I did not care about the collectibles , heck I even forgot what they are!! It will be a purchase for me. Because I have enjoyed the series in the past I decided to do the demo. This one is not really challenging, but for some reason, I found I wanted to play on and see what happens and why. This is a feature I happen to love because the Gas Mask filters just so happen to be Morphing Objects, but the beauty of this feature is that the Morphing Object doesn't morph until it's time for a new filter! This game is fun!!! I think all levels of players will find this one interesting. As always "Tracker's" HOPs require concentration to find the objects.

I did not see where you could switch to something else if you did not care for the HOPs. As always, I review mostly on the game play and leave the story line to others who do a much Qkeen job than I. This is a good feature, as you do a lot of back tracking. The gloomy atmosphere is well-executed, the graphics are sharp and Amandas Sticker Book: Amazing Wildlife produced, and the cutscenes are indeed impressive. A note to all developers: Is it not time to mothball certain chores such as picking up a broken piece of glass which Myztery must be wrapped in a cloth so a rope can be cut.
