The Hidden Object Scenes are fantastic! It seems like all of the serial games are basically the same. While it is always hard to innovate the standard HOG formula, Surface 11 does a good job of keeping things interesting. In the bonus, wind chimes. I feel like Elephant was half-asleep when they made this game, because it makes no sense to me except when I'm having a bad bout of insomnia. I don't like rushing to end the game. Date published: Fans will be thrilled, and newcomers entertained. The details and graphics are exactly what you'd expect in a town that was quickly abandoned nearly 30 years ago. The Mini Games are very doable, most are of good length and entertaining. The hidden object scenes and the puzzles are also quite standard. There was never a moment of boredom playing the game. Puzzles are simple and don't take any brain power to complete, but done well. There are Listed item Finds, Silhouetted Shape finds, Multiple Symbol finds clever mannequin scene and scenes where you place an item into the scene logically, followed by finding a listed item, and back to replacing an item as it alternates between finding and replacing items.

Everyone of the Mini Games, even after the demo, are doable, and have just the right amount of difficulty to make them fun, but not frustrating. The story doesn't get a lot better as you play, you have cliche over cliche with a few minor exceptions which I won't reveal in order not to spoil your experience, the story of the game seems uninspired and It really can't draw you in. This game has it all from crisp jewel-toned graphics that are absolutely gorgeous, to interesting interactive HOPS and lots of excellent puzzles. As is always the case in Surface games we have red and white flowers to collect and character figurines are to be found. When I first played the CE demo, I was disappointed with the Hotel Solitaire that the story line sidelined to a nightmare realm, but most of the game takes place within the town, and you only visit the nightmares of a Surface: Project Dawn people, to help them move on. Great job!! The HOPS are just about what we come to expect in all these games — nothing more and nothing less.
